The large front terrace with a relaxing lounge set and dinning table for 6 persons offers a view to the meditarenian sea. A roll-up screen makes it pleasant to enjoy the terrace even on a hot summer day.

A separate modern kitchen has full functionality with a gas stove with 4 basins, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and combi microwave. Other appliances like coffeemachine, grill, mixer, .. are at your disposal.

The bathroom has a separate basin and a beautiful large walk-in shower. A small washing machine is also available.
